I am trained in various modalities that are leveraged during my sessions: Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), Reiki and as a Medical Intuitive. Coaching is also a part of the sessions where I provide recommendations and guidance.
Spiritual Response Therapy
(SRT)
Founded by the late Rev. Robert E. Detzler (1926-2013), SRT works directly with the subconscious mind and soul (Akashic) records. It allows direct access to one’s High Self to find and remove negative soul programs (reasons or causes), subconscious blocks, discordant energies, past life energies, limiting ideas/beliefs and replace them with positive energies. A pendulum is used as a pointer while communicating with yours and my High Self/Spirit using a set of charts working through the old programs and blocks and replace them with the recommended positive energies. This work allows you to heal at all levels.
Reiki
As a Reiki practitioner, I use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal life force energy" is transferred through the palms of my hands to the client. I do this remotely as I can connect with your energy remotely and transfer the healing to your body. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit. It has the ability to move you through pain, anxiety and negative emotions where you’ve been stuck. Some people will find themselves in a more relaxed state having peace, security, and wellbeing after a session. It is powerful yet gentle, safe, and a natural healing method. In its history, Reiki has aided in virtually every known illness and injury.

Medical Intuitive
As a Medical Intuitive, I’m able to learn to speak to the body and receive answers and understand the information that I’m receiving from the body. It involves releasing emotional, mental, physical and energetic blocks quickly.
